Hack!tUp{A9xK2LmP0QrT7vW4YzB8cD1eF6gH3J5N0U2X9s}

The binary is a 93 MB Windows exe. strings shows Godot engine text (GDPC, --remote-debug), so it is a Godot export with the data pack embedded in the exe. The description says the secret is "just waiting to be read", and it is.

A byte search for anything flag-shaped:

text
grep -a -o -E '[A-Za-z0-9_!]{3,12}\{[A-Za-z0-9_]{12,}\}' tetrix.exe

finds two candidates:

  • THM{I_CAN_READ_IT_ALL} at offset 93001116, inside a packed scene next to the game-over menu labels. It looks like a placeholder from the game.
  • Hack!tUp{A9xK2L...9s} at offset 93021728, after the final GDPC trailer, so after the end of the embedded pack. Nobody puts that there by accident, and it uses the CTF's own format.

I didn't run the game or unpack the pack, so I can't say what's inside it beyond these two strings. The Hack!tUp{...} one was confirmed correct by the platform; THM{...} was the fallback and wasn't needed.
